    30-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
    Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    Hygiene Exception: For health and safety reasons, opened/used toothbrushes are non-returnable.

    Defective or damaged products upon arrival.
    Wrong items shipped.
    Unopened, unused products within 30 days (customer’s choice).
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Opened or used toothbrushes.
    Items outside the 30-day window.
    Final sale/discounted items (unless defective).
    Items damaged by customer misuse.
  4. Return Process
    Email service@xltoothbrush.us with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective).
    Send the item back in original packaging; keep tracking.
  5. Refund & Exchange Terms
    Quality issues/wrong items: Full refund + free return shipping; or free exchange..
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after inspection.
    Exchanges are processed promptly based on stock availability.
  6. Shipping Responsibility
    Defective/damaged/wrong items: We pay return shipping.
    Original shipping is non-refundable for non-quality returns.
  7. Missing/Lost Returns
    We are not liable for returns lost in transit without tracking.
    Please send returns with tracking and share the number with us.
